Ashwin Shenoy
Chief Operating Officer
Ashwin has been with Global Reviews for 9 years and has been serving as the Chief Operations Officer for the past 3 years. Ashwin is a well-rounded business leader equipped and driven to handle any situation impeding corporate initiatives. Throughout his career, Ashwin has brought the vision and sure-fire work tools to implement needed change and engage everyone in the new mission. His innate talent to be commercially astute and his ability to motivate associates at every level has benefitted his companies immeasurably by instilling loyalty and excitement up, down and across organisation. Ashwin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from AGSE, Swinburne University.
Gerard Farrell
Head of Product
Gerard has extensive experience across both media / digital agencies and research companies. As head of the client advisory team he is responsible for Global Reviews’ Client Engagement Programme and our renewal metrics. With his market research science background, Gerard is also responsible for the development of Global Reviews’ solutions so that they continually meet the expectations of our blue chip client base. Gerard holds a Masters in Science of Advertising (Dublin Institute of Technology), a Diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies (Dublin Institute of Technology), a Diploma in Business Studies (UCD Michael Smurfit Business School) and a Degree in History and Geography from University College Cork.
Darren Watson
Senior Commercial Director, Australia/NZ
Darren has over 15 years experience working with data and analytics, managing and selling to many of Australia's largest clients across retail, finance, utilities and education among others. Darren loves working with clients to improve their business and ultimately drive greater ROI. His previous employers include Australia Post and PMP, where Darren had a proven track record of working with his clients on mutually beneficial outcomes. Darren holds a Bachelor of Business form Deakin University.
Tony Carveth

Tony is a passionate London agency trained Marketing specialist whose experience extends across multiple industries including retail, finance, utilities, not for profits, local government and education. Having held senior roles in sales, marketing, product, campaign management and consultancy, Tony understands his clients and their challenges and uses this insight to help deliver exceptional results that can meet and exceed their business objectives and ROI expectations.
Neil White
Commercial Director, Europe
Neil has been working in the online marketing sector for the past 11 years. His career spans multiple disciplines including Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media and Search Intelligence where he has worked with some of UK's largest and most forward-thinking brands and agencies.Neil is a problem solver and gets more satisfaction from helping his clients achieve their goals. Outside of work he is likely to be found either acting as 'Dad's taxi' or playing golf to a moderate/poor standard.
Matthew Armstong

Karen Beynon

Karen has 19 years of experience in the digital space. With a background spanning digital marketing, consumer research, project management and UX, Karen brings to fore her expertise of providing strategic and tactical recommendations that are engaging, relevant and client focused. from early start-ups through to established tier one companies, Karen has worked in client agencies and consulting environments, both internationally and within Australia. With work experience in a variety of industry sectors including energy, financial services, health insurance, retail and education, Karen continues to keep clients at the fore of everything she does.
Kapil Bhatia

Kapil is a tech-savvy professional with experience in marketing, technology and business. He has worked in the financial services industry for the last 15 years with banks like HSBC and Macquire. His expertise is spread across managing Digital Channels, UX, Design thinking, Cross Selling and developing Digital Marketing strategies. He has a proven track record of developing online products and strategy, identifying business opportunities and strategising within the consumer banking industry while increasing share of wallet. He likes playing badminton, solving crossword puzzles and is a keen Red Devils supporter.
Geri McGann
Senior Client Advisor,Europe
Geri has worked in the digital space for over 18 years and has extensive experience as a design consultant to large businesses. Before joining Global Reviews, Geri’s roles have included Head of UX for Xanadu Consultancy (e-Gaming specialists) and Fresh Networks (a Social Media agency), UX Design Lead for Boots, BP, Tesco, M&S, Hostelling International and various UK Government Agencies. Geri’s design and research experience spans all aspects of human-centred product and service design, designing for many touch points including dedicated devices, kiosks, mobile, software and web. Geri is passionate about the work she does and the quality in which it is delivered; she is a strong advocate of working closely with clients.
Rebecca Jennings
Principal Client Advisor,Europe
Rebecca performs in-depth analysis of the qualitative and quantitative findings from Global Reviews programmes, from which she both advises and provides evidence-based actionable insights for their top tier e-commerce and digital service clients. Rebecca has spent twenty years working in digital media, marketing and strategy, including ten years with leading technology research company Forrester Research, where she conducted original research and analysis into many aspects of internet strategy including early reports on social media. Rebecca regularly publishes white papers on varying aspects of user experience, and has written for a number of publications including Insurance Post, Retail Gazette and The Drum. She is also a regular speaker at industry events such as the Customer Experience Management for Utilities Conference and the Energy Research Conference, and conducts regular online experience webinars. Rebecca holds a degree from Oxford University.
