On Thursday 25th June, Global Reviews took part in the IPAA Public Sector Week, a program aimed at "challenging professional development and promot[ing] the role and achievements of the public sector among the broader community".
Joining a panel alongside KPMG Australia, Global Reviews launched the inaugural Digital Government Ease of Use Index. Providing a unique perspective on the everyday experience of Australians as they interact with government online, the index delivers unique evidence and insights into how Australians use the web to interact and engage with government as well as how satisfying that interaction is. In addition it provides a baseline for measuring Australia’s progress in putting citizens at the centre of public service delivery of information and services via digital channels.
Below are some of the highlights from the launch of the Digital Government Ease of Use Index.
