Based on the study findings, Global Reviews presented 6 prioritised recommendations for the insurance company to consider when addressing their challenge of increasing their conversion rates.
The recommendations presented were primarily based around the usability and length of the form. Users don't want to feel that the process is going to be a long and tedious one, so by reducing the appearance of the length of the form, users would be more likely to complete it rather than dropping out half way through.
By removing some of the personal details questions like name, phone number and email address and by only showing relevant fields, the form will become shorter and therefore the process will be faster.
Considering the order of questions is also an important factor when creating a form. Grouping similar questions will help with the flow of the form and make the thinking process much smoother for users.
